Digitizing and artwork
We convert your logo into an embroidery file as part of the setup process. Vector artwork (PDF, AI, EPS) produces the cleanest stitch result. If you only have a PNG or JPEG, we can work with it, and our team will advise if any details need simplifying for thread.
Thread colours and placements
Choose from a wide thread palette to match brand colours. Common placements include:

From a single custom hat to a full team uniform run, we handle it. We offer no-minimum orders on many styles and volume pricing as quantities grow. Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days after artwork and digitizing approval; rush service is available.
