Rush Service for Custom Apparel

Standard decoration turnaround is about a week — but not every job has a week. Our operation was built on last-minute turnover, so when you need it faster, the rush options are right there in the configurator.

Rush tiers

• 5-day rush — trimmed turnaround for jobs that cannot wait the full week.
• 3-day rush — tight turnaround for confirmed, ready-to-go artwork.
• 1-day rush — emergency turnaround. Artwork must be print-ready at order time.

Rush is a flat add-on per order, not per piece — it applies once to the whole cart.

How to use it

On any decoration-eligible product, switch on Add Decoration and pick your rush tier from the Need it faster? dropdown. The lead-time reduction applies to the entire order.

Good to know

• Rush applies to decoration lead time — garment stock and shipping still follow normal timelines.
• Faster tiers need artwork ready to go; for 1-day rush, send print-ready files at order time.
• Large orders or tight stock may limit which rush tier is available — check with us first if it is a big job on a tight clock.
