1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of https://jons.spot (the "Site") and any order you place with Jons Spot. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

Jons Spot is a decorated apparel business operated from Ontario, Canada. We screen print, embroider, personalize, heat-press, and laser-engrave premium blank apparel from leading blank apparel suppliers.

3. Using the Site

  • You must be at least 16 years old to place an order.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders with unverifiable or fraudulent information.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it, or use it to harass our staff or other customers.

4. Products, Pricing, and Minimums

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout.
  • Most brands have no minimum order quantity. Certain blank suppliers require a minimum order quantity; this is enforced at the cart level and disclosed on the affected product pages.
  • Pricing for custom decoration, rush tiers, and add-ons is shown on each product page before you add to cart.
  • We may change prices at any time; confirmed orders honor the price at the time of order placement.
  • Product photos are representative. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and supplier dye lots and are not considered defects.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Payment is collected at checkout via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Interac, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay).
  • We never see your full card number; Shopify handles payment processing securely.
  • Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Order acceptance occurs when we begin production of your order. Until that point, we may cancel or decline an order if products are unavailable, artwork is not suitable, or fraud is suspected.

6. Production and Shipping

Custom orders are decorated by hand after artwork approval. Standard production lead time is 7 business days. Rush options are available at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout and are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Remakes

Custom-decorated items are final sale because they are made to your specifications. Blank (undecorated) garments may be returned under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy. If we make an error, we will remake the item at no charge as described in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We may refuse orders containing artwork that appears to infringe intellectual property rights or that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for production.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jons Spot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or other matters where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
