Embroidery is the premium finish — thread stitched directly into the garment for a tactile, professional look that never cracks or peels. At Jons Spot, we embroider hats, polos, jackets, bags, and flat garment panels up to a 9 x 9 inch maximum area. The result is crisp, durable, and business-ready.

Where we can stitch

• Left-chest logo — the classic placement. Small, sharp, and perfect for polos and button-downs.
• Full front and back — larger statement pieces and jacket-back designs.
• Hat front, side, and back — curved and flat-bill cap embroidery.
• Flat embroidery panels — sleeves, bags, pockets, and jacket panels up to 9 x 9 inches.

Each placement is selected independently — stitch a left-chest logo and a hat-front mark on the same order, and the configurator prices them separately.

Stitch sizes

Every placement scales across four sizes — Small, Medium, Large, and Jumbo — so a pocket crest costs less than a full jacket-back panel. Our flat embroidery field supports designs up to 9 x 9 inches.

Digitizing

Your artwork has to be digitized into a stitch file before the machine can run it. A one-time digitizing fee applies per unique design. After that, the file is yours and repeat orders skip the setup. Vector artwork (PDF, AI, EPS) produces the cleanest stitch result; we can also work from high-resolution PNG or JPEG files.

Thread colours and finishes

Choose from a wide thread palette to match brand colours. We use high-quality thread built to hold colour through washing and wear. Not sure which finish is right? We will recommend the best option based on your garment, logo, and budget.

Best for

Polos, button-downs, oxford shirts, jackets, fleeces, caps, bags, and workwear. Embroidery is ideal for corporate apparel, team uniforms, and premium branded goods. Small orders are welcome — order as few as one piece.
