Live DTF / heat transfer printing is a full-colour, on-demand alternative to live screen printing. Instead of burning screens and mixing inks, we print detailed DTF transfers in real time and heat-press them onto tees, hoodies, tote bags, and more — right at your event.

How it works
- We finalize your artwork and garment selection in advance. Complex full-colour designs are welcome.
- At your event, guests choose a design and blank from a curated menu.
- We print the transfer live, position it on the garment, and heat-press it — typically 15–45 seconds per piece.
- Guests leave with a finished, ready-to-wear custom item.

- Typical press speed: ~30–80 finished items per hour per heat press, depending on design size and garment.
- Space: a 6–8 ft table plus room for blanks and a small queue works for most setups.
- Power: one to two standard 120V outlets depending on the number of presses.
- Ventilation: minimal; heat press produces little to no fumes compared to screen printing flash units.
- Crew: trained operator plus an assistant for higher-volume events.
