  • Account & order data: name, email, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and payment confirmation. We never see full card numbers; Shopify Payments processes them.
  • Order content: products purchased, customization choices, artwork filenames, design IDs, and personalization text.
  • Site usage: pages visited, referrer, device type, and anonymized IP for fraud prevention. We use Shopify's built-in analytics only.
  • Marketing: email address if you explicitly opt in to marketing emails.

How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfill orders, including production scheduling.
  • Match artwork files to your order using your unique design ID.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping notice, and follow-ups).
  • Send marketing emails only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse.
  • Comply with Canadian tax and record-keeping obligations (invoices kept for seven years).

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising retargeting pixels such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads remarketing. We do not collect biometric data, government IDs, or sensitive personal information.

Artwork Files

Artwork files you submit are used only to fulfill your order. We do not use your artwork for marketing or resell it. We retain artwork for up to seven years for tax and re-order purposes unless you request deletion after your order is complete.

We rely on Shopify Inc. for hosting, payment processing (via Shopify Payments), and order management. Your data is processed in accordance with Shopify's Privacy Policy. Carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL receive only the shipping information needed to deliver your order.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, email orders@jons.spot with your request and order number. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Security
