Where We Ship

We ship decorated apparel worldwide to every country served by Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Remote destinations that require special handling may need a custom freight quote; we will contact you before production if this applies.

Production Lead Time vs. Shipping Time

Every order has two timelines:

  • Production lead time: The time to decorate your order after artwork approval. Standard is 7 business days. Rush tiers are available at checkout: 5 business days (+$25), 3 business days (+$50), or 1 business day (+$100).
  • Shipping transit time: The time the carrier takes to deliver after production is complete. This depends on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Production lead time excludes weekends and Canadian holidays and pauses while we wait for your approved artwork.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and chosen carrier/service. Rates include a flat $3 handling fee per order for packaging materials and carrier pickup. We do not markup carrier rates beyond this fee.

Estimated Transit Times

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees:

  • Canada (major cities): 2–7 business days
  • United States: 3–8 business days
  • International: 6–21 business days, plus customs clearance

Carriers & Methods

Available methods depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. We use:

  • Canada Post — Tracked Packet, Expedited, International Parcel
  • UPS — Standard, Express, Worldwide Saver
  • FedEx — International Priority, International Economy
  • DHL — Express Worldwide (selected international destinations)

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier's first scan.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, email orders@jons.spot with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.

Live On-Site Activations

For embroidery, printing, and laser engraving we can come to your location instead of shipping. We cover Ontario, Quebec, and coast-to-coast Canada for events, team fittings, and store takeovers. This is arranged by quote—email orders@jons.spot with your city, expected headcount, and date.
