Plain (undecorated) stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. If there's a defect or a decoration error on our part, we'll reprint or replace it — report it within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Decorated order lead times
Standard decoration (screen print / embroidery) ships in about 7 business days after artwork approval. Need it faster? Rush tiers are available at 5, 3, or 1 business days for an added fee. Plain-stock orders ship sooner.
